2-1-2 Spread Forecheck

Let's discuss the 2-1-2 spread forecheck. This forecheck is a great forecheck for all levels from beginner through pro. It covers a large amount of ice in the offensive zone while putting pressure on the puck. It also quickly transitions into offense.
